Privacy Policy
Tadapop ("we", "us") is a daily habit tracker published by QY LLC. This policy explains what we collect and why. The short version: your solo tracking lives on your device, we don't sell your data, and we run no ads or third-party trackers.
Data stored on your device
When you use Tadapop without an account, your missions, logs, notes, photos, streaks, and stats are stored locally on your device. This data is not transmitted to us.
Data we process when you create an account
An account is only required for the Arena (private friends-only competitions). If you sign in, we process:
- Account identity — your email address, and (if you use Sign in with Apple or Google) the name those services share with us, used to create your profile.
- Arena data — challenges you create or join, your daily challenge logs, and optional photo proof, so the competition and leaderboard work.
- Profile — a display name and optional avatar you choose.
This data is stored with our backend provider, Supabase, and protected by per-user access rules so you can only read and write your own data (and the rosters/leaderboards of challenges you're part of).
Service providers
- Supabase — database, authentication, and storage for accounts and the Arena.
- Resend — sends sign-in code emails on our behalf.
- Apple & Google — if you choose Sign in with Apple or Google.
Waitlist
If you submit your email on this site, we store it solely to notify you when Tadapop launches. We won't use it for anything else, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your personal data.
- We don't show ads or embed third-party advertising/analytics trackers in the app.
- The Arena has no public discovery and no real-money prizes.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account from within the app at any time, which removes your profile and associated cloud data. Local data is removed when you delete the app. To delete a waitlist email, contact us below.
Children
Tadapop is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the date above when we do.
